Child should not wear gold, jewelries or any expensive item(s) to school or on a field trip. Orange Montessori Kidz will not be responsible for lost of clothing or personal property(ies) at the premises or while on a field trip.
Lunch is not included in the Half Day program, only breakfast or tea break will be served. All Fees paid (including monthly fee, uniform, accident insurance, material fee, book fee) are not refundable.
Monthly Fee payment has to be submitted before the commencement of the month. In case of child's absence for any reason, the monthly fee have to be paid as per the usual rate, no refunds or special rates will be applied.
Late payment after the 5th of every month will result to 5% of monthly fee penalty charges.
Deposit will be refunded with 1 month notice only. Notice must be applied before the commencement of the month and before the monthly invoice is sent. Even if your child attended 1 day only, the deposit will be considered as used and no refund. If notice submitted after the invoice has benn sent or less than 30 days in advance, the deposit will be considered as used and no refund.
In case your child is ill (eg. fever 37.5 C and above upon arrival, or 38 C while in the school, or frequent vomitting or diarrhea, or having contagious rashes etc) the service will be denied till clearance of infection. To attend the school after contagious disease (Chicken Pox, HFMD, etc) , child has to provide supporting letter from a doctor prior returning to school.
